Hello, I'm Tharin Silva, running for Vice President of Events. Over the past two years, I've served as a Year One representative and Associate Vice President of Community. Through managing our Discord server and organizing social events, I've honed my organizational skills and grasped our society's needs.

Reflecting on my experiences, I've recognized the vital role of effective communication and inclusivity in our club's success and I aim to empower people, regardless of their position in the club, to share events ideas. I propose: Centralizing communication on Slack/Discord, facilitating discussions and improving marketing. Regular team meetings with a focus on future initiatives, fostering collaboration.
