As per the UWO Pre-Medical Society Constitution, the VP Administration shall:

  1. Organise the club peer and volunteer programs, activities and events in accordance with its Constitution’s mandate;

  2. Be responsible for submitting event proposals through the USC’s online platform;

  3. Supervise the activities of the Administration Portfolio;

  4. Be responsible for adhering to all terms and conditions set forth by the Student Organizations Advisors;

  5. Hold shared responsibility for managing the club’s relationship with the USC; and,

  6. Hold one (1) vote in the Executive Committee.
