As per the UWO Pre-Medical Society Constitution, the VP Finance shall:

  1. Oversee all financial dealings of the club;

  2. Keep complete records of all financial dealings of the club;

  3. Keep complete records of all club inventory;

  4. Have USC Finance Office signing authority for the club;

  5. Supervise the activities of the Finance Portfolio;

  6. Hold shared responsibility for managing the club’s relationship with the USC; and,

  7. Hold one (1) vote in the Executive Committee.
